Interestingly, according to RIPE, North Korea has only assigned one IPv4 block (see https://github.com/analogic/ipgeo/blob/master/by-country/KP), whereas Antarctica has none.

For example large part of IT professionals which contacts our support (https://poste.io) don't get difference between SMTP envelope and from/to headers.

I live in .cz domain and almost every registrar there have DNSSEC in one click (without changing price) - adoption here is 40%! - see https://stats.nic.cz/stats/domains_by_dnssec/ and I am not experiencing any mentioned problems at all
Maybe DNSSEC is not best DNS proto in the world, but these arguments are not entirely based on facts.
(On the other side, it is much more difficult for us to learn English and get used to that disconection between alphabet and said words. And we don't have spelling competitions :).)
