Hi,

I’ve built the service highscore.life where you can see how you rich you are - basically a real-life Highscore based on your wealth .

I’ve been trying to make a lot of money for a long time and love tracking how much I have - even if it’s just a few hundred more. But because of inflation it’s hard to keep track how I stack up against reality :)

Bonus: if you know someone who claims they're loaded, send them their ranking and ask them to verify. Settles a lot of arguments.

Have a look - see how you stack up and share your feedback.

There are a lot of wealth data sets around, some fresh, some older and they also use different methodologies - so I also provided rankings for different countries.

Let me know what you think, Dominik

I did

This is debatable and I'd say absolutely not :)

I like Facebook. Always have. Ways will - I stay in touch with friends I'd have a hard time otherwise. If you're unhappy, don't use it.

I think it's more complex than that. I would recommend everyone to join YC. It helps with customers and investors. Most likely your company valuation will go up more than you'd need to compensate for the 7%.

I stopped reading this when I read cheddar.

Let's hope his OS doesn't do swapping either

Hi, I can understand your hesitation that giving data to get data deleted is suboptimal, but it's the only way unfortunately. The value is in the service, not the design of the website - I'll take your feedback though.

Thanks for the feedback. LinkedIn profile would be the URL of your LinkedIn profile, not truepeoplesearch. This makes it easier for data traders to find your profile and delete it. Let me know if you have any questions!

In case anyone is interested, I started a company which deletes your data from these data brokers gosauber.com - I hope I'm allowed to post this...

This is only valid for the U.S. though.

If you like this block you should read the book Showstopper about Windows NT development.

Maybe ask a customs broker?

There are many reasons to work for a company and money is not always #1. Maybe your product is exciting? Maybe your team, tech, industry?

Very often investors sit on boards, too

Hey guys, why don't you guys stop browsing hacker news and go back to your 200k/year job.

For me the whole point of using netlify is that I don't need to do anything. Set and forget.
