david90··on Ask HN: What tasks do you automate?
I automate Stats of the products from Google Analytics using Google spreadsheet. By using appscript, I extract all key metrics such as activation rate/ retention rate from the raw data.

Then when I need to report all stats of multiple product, there is another automated script for me to aggregate them.

Saved me hours of context switching and copy and pasting.

david90··on Alibaba Cloud
> https://www.alibabacloud.com/customers/strikingly

> As an international website building platform, obtaining an ICP license for China is very important to our users. The actual process of obtaining an ICP license though is quite complex. With Alibaba Cloud’s built-in and easy-to-follow ICP application process, it has helped with our user experience a lot.

Seems like it's killer feature is China ICP license made easy.

david90··on Ask HN: How was your experience with AWS Lambda in production?
I tried using Lambda, but need to set up the API gateway before using as well. Painful logging and parameter forwarding.
david90··on Ask HN: Where do you host your API endpoint?
Some how you can consider it as a news feed use case. So will need update from time to time. Being too static will be hard for managing the content.

3) If that's interesting, I will add it to my reading list

4) I go over the reading list after dinner when I have free time

david90··on Google Data Studio
I used to sync Google analytics and other external data source to Google Spreadsheet with addons(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-analytics/f...) and visualize the data

Just played around datastudio, customization seems easier.
