Firstly im so sorry to hear this. I can completely empathise as i lost my father who was my best friend to Pancreatic Cancer. Like you, one day we were fine and joking, the next day my world collapsed with the news. Uncontrollable sadness, then anger, then desperation and the why me / why my dad. I just wanted to write to you to say that you are not alone. You dont know me, i dont know you, but i wish you and your partner well and send thoughts and love. It is a surreal thing to happen. I remember looking at other people living their regular lives smiling and laughing and thinking, how can they be happy. An unbelievable amount of varied emotions. Seeing really unhealthy people, or bad people on the news, and i know this sounds bad, but wondering, why us, why not them. Just mind spinning type stuff, a plethora of every conceivable emotion. I hope you have loved ones you can vent and talk to. Again, you’re not alone.

https://eli5.gg/racism I get an infinite loop. Figures, it's hard to explain stupidity.

I know how small the debris is relative to the earth. But the sheer number. Would that have any effect on the sun reaching earth and it’s heating / cooling?

And then put it back in the ground, or burn it again..?

Why has the dynamic become, the Government and it's Citizen's being seperate from one another.

The government is funded by its Citizens.

I remember a time when spying on EVERYONE was a bad thing.

..or sifting it from the river before it enters the ocean. Is it the incentive for recycling is big enough for plastic to be recycled immediately after use, or no recycling centres. I remember recycling bottles and cans as a child for 5c each. This sounds like something that could be solved by somebody with enough capital investing in a recycling system / plants there. Bill / Elon / Jeff? Seems an extremely important issue we get solved, here on earth...

Sounds like hard work..

Israel and Palestine? That would be a good read.

"our parents and grandparents, basically."

I now feel officially elderly, Cheers for that. Lol.

Great and funny read.

Here here. Well said.
