Which brings a little more details about the reason why it exists.
(I'm not the author of the website)
I think you will find a bit more explanations in this article.
About deaths: The author says nuclear causes fewer deaths than the rest. Maybe that's true, but he (voluntarily?) omits to take into consideration long term health issues related to incidents. The Tchernobyl accident released radioactve cloud that affected many people that died of cancer or are having health issues related to it. Worse than that, it's almost impossible to track who got sick because of those clouds. So yeah, maybe just a "small set" of people died DIRECTLY following nuclear incidents, but long term effects cannot be ignored just for the sake of the argument.
Next, the waste. "stored in a walmart, that degrade over time". Again, the author omits to say the duration ... over time is an understatement here, you will be long gone before that "waste" is not dangerous for environment.
I stopped reading after that. The post is written in a way to force you to accept his arguments by omiting half of the true story. That's not journalism.

Plans: The re-design is almost done (said that last month ;) ). I plan to launch it next week.
You can have a preview at https://pdfshift-dev.netlify.com. Feel free to share your thoughts on the matter! :)
Practicing is also important, but for that, I need people that are willing to listen to me struggle.
Thank you for your help.
Thanks :)
That's a challenge in itself :)
Maybe in that case I should try to stop that feeling and go with my initial idea ... while keeping in mind whom I'm adressing to (like you say in your comment)
I did asked a lot of question, at every step of the explanation, to ensure she was following, but when I tried to wrap it all, that's where I lost her.
I might also have tried to explain her something she's not ready to understand based on her school level, that might be a a part of why she didn't understood my explanation.
I do try to explain more in depth (too much). I'm working a lot on this and stop explaining when the main basis is covered, but my pragmatic approach forces me to cover ALL the parts.
I also agree with @WheelsAtLarge about that I might now know a subject as good as I think. When I start explaining something, I realize that I came short on explaining some parts because I lack the knowledge.
Thank you for your comment, it was helpful.
Maybe I'll drop a word next time I'm at the doctor in case he knows something ;)
As for the practice makes perfect, I recently started a "philosophic" group with a small set of friends where we speak about various stuff. The idea being to express my ideas, share my opinion, argue, and try to be understandable. Hope this wll yield some good results in the future.
Thanks :)
And man, I speak fast (don't articulate much). My friends used to call me Buzz Lightyear because I was speaking at lightspeed ;)
I do have other advantages against other people, but I believe that everyone is better than others in specific areas, so I didn't consider them much ;)
Moreover, sometimes, I lose people completely because "car" was also correct in my phrase and made my phrase impossible to follow :/
More globally, your advice of thinking shorter and waiting before speaking might be some key in helping me.
Thanks :)

Plans: I'm almost done with the redesign, hope it will convert to more customers.
With https://pdfshift.io, I'm in the same situation. As a tool to convert HTML to PDF, I get many requests about documents not being rendered well on PDF. I take the time to help my users tweaking the CSS to have the perfect result. This takes a lot of time and doesn't always make them convert, but for those who do, I have a lower chance they churn because they know they can count on me.
