Shoe Dog by Phil Knight. It's a memoir by the founder of Nike. The book goes deep into his emotional rollercoaster, starting from nothing to eventually going IPO.

I heard good things about Flutter from a couple of friends so I'm going to take it for a spin.

YC has always recommended having cofounder(s) but that shouldn't hold you back. That is even if you didn't have a team of 4 people.

If I can remember correctly, Ryan Hoover from Product Hunt went through YC as a solo founder.

The answer is a habit that works for you. Find healthy food that you enjoy, or at the very least you don't mind eating. Focus on building a good habit. Realize when you get cravings for unhealthy food and how to overcome them.

This really hits home. So what ruined Facebook?

The Wall was replaced by an algorithm which sunk original content below a flood of ads, fake news, and externally shared content "you might like". We stopped seeing original content. Then, people stopped sharing personal stuff, as nobody interacted with it.

The Candian Government is getting a cut of a large market and will be using additional tax revenue to improve the quality of life in Canada. It is no different than how cigarette and alcohol are being sold today.

It would be interesting to see something similar from someone that worked in SV for 10+ years.

You can do this on android. I usually have Do Not Disturb enabled while I work and I put my buzzer number on the whitelist for deliveries.

One solution would be to make an automated filter for all my calls with the ability to manage a whitelist.
