It would almost be quick to post the job online, break it up into stages, hire someone, check their progress, and move to the next person if their work is not satisfactory.
Are you saying it is impossible to escape their devious plans, because I have managed to avoid a parking or speeding fine for the last 20 years, simply by following the rules.
You will often see this with someone coming into a new space. HTC used to be like this, very consumer friendly, then when they start to do well they change and become assholes.
Pixar movie quality seems to have dropped, while Disney's have gone up after the acquisition.

Cars 2 was clearly a release for money (they make more money of Cars merchandise than they do from films), but the other films?
Show us were China is innovating, that is where the real story is.
Is this a more useful subset? I am guessing it is so, since they went to this trouble.
Make the most MVP(G?) game that you can, and finish it, get it out there. Then start making improvements adding stuff, making it good. Just finish something and get it done and out there. So many people keep adding new features, trying to get it perfect before they release it, which they never end up doing.
What does that even mean? Is this non-nonsensical to others, or am I missing something? And it is a bomberman clone?
People want to feel that they are special, together with the fact that the other people involved, the parents, have probably forgotten talking about it as well, since they forgot about the even happening.
I had a manager like that, set you a task, and how you did it was up to you. As long as it was progressing, he didn't care if I never came in except for the meetings.

The guy who went there for ice cream is more to blame than the clerk in this issue.

What does the fact they don't install them on US machines have to do with them not using it as a business opportunity? This is a non-sequitur.
Since this guy hasn't heard of them being used to enforce finance deals means absolutely nothing, how could anyone cancel out a point because of that?
And his third point skips out on the fact that adding this functionality to the machine can cause extra problems.
