Flutter is a good option. A developer experience that is second to none (e.g., hot-reload, excellent developer tools, good editor/IDE integration and great documentation). What’s more, it really does make cross-platform a reality (MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android) from a single code base. Targeting the web is probably its weakest point. But, all in all, Flutter is a viable alternative.

If you are considering Electron/React then I would suggest going one step further and add Flutter to your list of technologies to consider. It uses Dart (a language similar to C#) and has a lot going for it… relatively quick to get up to speed with, fantastic developer experience (e.g., hot reload, great IDE support, good development tools) and very strong cross-platform support: it generates native iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows and Linux executables. That would be Contextualise (https://github.com/brettkromkamp/contextualise) with 980 stars. The project is 3-4 years old. So, it's slow-going. Nevertheless, there are many (underappreciated) projects that should have a lot more stars than they do, so I am not complaining :)

I've been working on knowledge graph-related problems (and accompanying applications) for years and Contextualise is probably the most visible component of that work.

A highly capable (open source) graph computing stack would be JanusGraph combined with Apache Cassandra (or Apache HBase).

JanusGraph is a TinkerPop provider meaning that the graph can be queried with Gremlin, a powerful graph traversal language combined with a choice of scalable, distibuted backends/persistence stores (as mentioned, Apache Cassandra or Apache HBase).

Take a closer look at both the semantic web ecosystem (i.e., RDF/SPARQL/OWL) and the labeled property graph ecosystem (Neo4J, TinkerPop, etcetera) for both open and closed source alternatives.

You could even go down the route of multi-model stacks like ArcadeDB.
