Of course, it's horribly, horribly broken in IE. Then again, that goes without saying ;)
Here's a youtube video showing it from the outside: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydZCjwQRuQk
EDIT: better video
Also, the article mentions that IE doesn't support the <canvas> tag. While this is true, you only need to add the excanvas JS library to use <canvas> in IE.

if it takes off, spam will happen. gmail's spam filtering is really good (can't remember the last spam message that made it through to my inbox), so maybe they can borrow that from gmail.
It's possible to be up $10 in just 10 flips, just as it's possible to be even at 1,000,000 flips (though neither very likely, but possible!). Also, the question asked "with a 99% certainty", which your answer doesn't take into account.
If you had a coin that when flipped had these odds, and you wanted to try this out, your answer of 500 would be a good rough estimate, but not the answer.
i'd have serious doubts about someone wanting to correspond about business matters via twitter, facebook, etc.
so i'd say that, no, mail is not something outdated and should die - just another form of communication that has it's place.
also, when i was there, i found a lot of the typical "touristy" things fun and interesting - fisherman's wharf, street car stuff, Alcatraz, Golden Gate....even just walking through Chinatown.
hell, if the weather's nice while you're there, rent a car and drive down the PCH - one of the most beautiful drives in the entire country. there's more to life than computers :)
It was speedy in google chrome too.
