I think that the king of miss-pronunciation is prof. Joseph Stiglitz. The guy is genius but the way he pronounces the words 'state', 'etcetera' and many others is hilarious.
This will eventually lead to mobile phone charges balancing all over the European continent. Otherwise people in Denmark will be using Bulgarian or Romanian pre-paid SIM cards buying credit online assuming that mobile providers can't charge the same for the services in richer and poorer countries.
Portugal has a long history of oppression that was removed less than forty years ago. Some things change, but the mentality of people doesn't change that fast. There may be no open oppression but a silent one for sure. It's easy to be brave in an organized country ruled on laws. In a highly corrupted Portuguese society it's not that easy. Visited Tesla's museum in Belgrade week ago. There was a tour of half an hour in English and then they showed a documentary about his life and work. There are several devices being demonstrated.
Neither Facebook nor Amazon are developer's companies. They will do very well with whatever technology they used. Amazon will run any program written in any language on their elastic cloud. Facebook's apps can be written in any language, too.
