Anyone know if there is any benefit to doing a reinstall vs just installing over current Ventura ? Is it for peace of mind, placebo?... Any quantitative comparisons ?
I’m not sure you understand there business, having the fastest electric vehicle is one of the end products of all there in house engineering. I’m sure Mate and team understands a whole lot more than perhaps you give credit.
For RAW editing DXO is great and runs native on Apple silicon. Recently bought ON1 and Affinity photos as well so there are other alternatives to Adobe, at least in the processing stage of RAW development.
“Easy readability” on this point I find myself wishing there was a way to make street names and fonts in general bigger in Apple Maps. Also green font on green backgrounds, why ? In terms of planning there is still no way to add multiple routes along the way which would be a nice addition.
It’s a cool app but I wonder why there’s no way to change font size, even on iPad when my eyes are waking up or other low light situation it can be hard to read the forecast panel in landscape mode etc..
Haven’t tried any backup solution for my desktop other than some external SSDs I copied to a few times, yeah I know, how does borg compare to Kopia for home user who has maybe a few TB ? Or in that regards to timemachine which I’ve never used.
This sucks. I have an old program called Jazz Guitarist I bought from PG Music, the makers of BIAB back in the 90’s, and its a treat to see it run on my iPad/iPhone. Even the QBASIC example programs for different sort algorithms is so cool.
As someone who hasn't touched JavaScript much since the 90's I found the original article linked quite useful as straight away I was able to see the relevant tech stack cf. the 2020 link.
