To clarify, just because you're in a library doesn't mean it is absolutely pin drop quiet. There is basic atmosphere noise. I of course am in favor of a closed office, and cubicle farms and open environments are easily more favorable for the employer than employee, but it seems expected to have some basic noise in an open office that people love complaining about—instead of championing closed offices which is never going to happen in a lot of companies.
I don't believe that productivity is hurt because of open office sounds, I think people just love complaining.
- focus on perfecting the small squares only not the larger piece, the fun is jumping around from your favorite puzzle piece and not going in order.
- once you're done remove the grid and blend in the edges of each square to it's adjacent one.
Not from the article, but if there was a startup needed and one that could jump start their sector there, a significant problem to solve is clean water.
Important point, still kind of weird to me, even in this day and age of Facebook and social media in general, where everyone feels the need to share every intimate detail of their lives with strangers.

This podcast episode is all about getting rid of nursing homes and it sort of talks about the way it should be. Communal, and a split of ages.
- It's that, the notion of HTML/CSS is being considered to be entry level knowledge, so you can diminish its value/quality and to have a front-end job, focus on Javascript Framework-XYZ and disregard their significance yourself.
With that said, some people are just meant for more of a design/visual front-end dev, and some are more in it for the code.
Maybe it would be a good idea to provide the ability to have an option to suggest where/how the funds will be used based on some of the nation/state level priority needs.
Also I enjoy seeing cross overs that you can compare such as you could make a transition into dev ops if you choose an appropriate back end, scripting language.
Everyone here is too critical, I think it's a lot of information, but it's very useful to see the goal and steps in front of you.
no one is what i think they are getting at
A designer is the same way, say you need a page designed, and they've been through this task so many times they know what works and what doesn't. The lack of knowledge and experience in this area only adds to the time it takes to create & finish something.
And so you're usually not paying a designer to throw a colored rectangle, you're paying them for the years they've invested in testing everything else.
