It's nice to finally see the hospitalisation risk presented clearly.

Even if you manage to double or triple capacity unfortunately it is no match to the exponential growth.
The parent's statement is not false, it's just that one must be precise about naming, because casual use leads to incorrect assumptions by others.
Other than that, yes, you are correct.

This is really handy as national models can be much better for short-term and higher resolution predictions.
It has the widest range of models freely available that I'm aware of, including the commercial ECMWF model.

Source: It's exactly what I do (0.6 FTE job + part-time MSc).
From personal experience, I would say it's harder to find something part-time up front. Telling your current employer that you want to reduce your hours, for the reasons you describe, is what worked for me. You need to be in a position where they are happy with your work, and you need to clear any doubts about this change having any negative effect on your team.
From my perspective, being part-time greatly discourages me from micro-managing: I just don't have the free time that might lead me down that negative path.
Finally, my employer gets way more than 0.6 FTE of work from me (and I don't do extra hours). IMO they get more "bang for their buck": I concentrate on what's important, and work through things more efficiently.
How long are those tokens valid for?
Did they invalidate all existing tokens?

Even the link to the Wikipedia article directly contradicts the statement of humans being the only species to bury their dead.
How counter-intuitive it is: so many aspects of evolution we accept as continuum with shared phenotypes (and extended phenotypes) all the way through, yet when it comes to our intelligence and specialness, we forget all of this.

Should you plug that in to IFTTT, Zapier, or something to that extent, you hopefully then have a weekly feed.
Though I do agree, an option to signup to updates directly on the website would be much better ;)

We need someone with a strong Haskell background to help maintain and expand our Haskell backend, find and fix performance problems, and help us maintain our Haskell packages (e.g. hpqtypes, happstack-static-routing, consumers). We are looking for someone who is in touch with the Haskell ecosystem and can make decisions as to what the best tools to use are, or to develop them when deemed necessary.
