But I got your point.
For most of its history, nearly everyone in the USSR was a farmer, so not proletariat and not communist.

I've said this many times: innovation at google is dead. This is yet another supporting data point. Firms that innovate aren't concerned with what competitors are doing. At google it appears it's their main concern.
Those with power want deregulation, those without want regulations that constrain those with power. Just so we're on the same page, those with power is corporate America, those without is everyone else.
