(Albeit the audiobook, not the radio play)
I really enjoyed it, and couldn't tell you if I preferred it to the one read by Douglas Adams himself.

Be aware that it is a rolling release distro, much like Arch Linux and it comes with its drawbacks as well. It uses runit as its init system, which is easily configured via shell scripts, and certainly won't change in the near future, because it's feature complete.
Void comes with it's own package manager, "xbps" (X binary package system), which is used a lot like pacman on Arch Linux. You can even freeze packages if you don't want to upgrade them.
All in all, I'd recommend it, but be sure to play around with it for a bit before settling on it. (Oh, and the installer is a lot easier thatn Arch's too, and there are live CDs with desktop environments pre-installed if that's your thing)
Something domain-specific, like maybe cooking recipes where you combine icons representing the ingredients?
A search where you could mix and match all kinds of game genres?
It would have to be something where the icons are understandable at a glance, and where you can just throw them into the 'pot' without much further thought.
As it is right here, I don't see why I would use this over a traditional text-based search engine, but I could imagine this working rather well in a more confined setting, maybe embedded in another website :)
Douglas Adams had a way of thinking which made him right about quite a lot of future discoveries/technologies, even though most of his predictions were meant as hyperbole...
So, thank you very much for laying down the foundation for a whole generation of new programmers!
(Not on a touchscreen at least)
Gonna have a look at the wiki, thanks! :)
What language are you using where 3-spaces-wide tabs are more comfortable?
In there, you'll be able to freely draw something, which will then be rigged and animated automatically - there's even different skeletons available, but I've yet to see much of a difference, except for the type of animation.
If anyone has more time to play around with it, and finds out what the purpose of this is (there doesn't have to be one, it's neat honestly) then feel free to tell me :)
Edit: nevermind, this time, when opening I was placed into a queue, and submitted my doodle (which will probably be shown to other participants).
You are shown a wireframe-landscape populated with all kinds of doodles, made by other people (attention, due to the human nature, some of these might be slightly NSFW). I can't really investigate this any further, since it kills my Laptop performance-wise, but it's an interesting little thing.
Not that that helps in any way, since you never know which font might be used^^
Edit: This[1] is a pretty good tutorial, and the compiler being used is available for linux too.

I'd rather have it clear that people use the right terms, since some will probably complain about being given only vegetables when there was fish available, whilst happily claiming they are vegatarian.
it's almost like claiming that you are vegan when you are vegatarian.
Then again, the last book really depressed me - I can't imagine having my Fenchurch being ripped away from me...
That part was probably worse than the ending for me.
I hope you are doing well.
And even though performance is usually not an issue, battery life is. And most browsers introduce more levels of abstraction than are necessary for the application at hand.
Though, that actually is interesting, and you made me read up ab bit on Japanese.
I love what he did if he gets hackernews as referrer though :P
