Happy to know In what way do you think Praying has been helping you?
arihantparsoya··on How I Developed Regular Meditation Practice with Full Time Job for 6 Years
When the meditation is deep, during retreats for example, the rapture and bliss in meditation can feel intense than regular meditation at times, because the mind is more sensitive.

But when the mind indulges in worldly sense pleasure, the sensitivity to experience subtle things reduces, and the bliss in meditation becomes hard to experience.

arihantparsoya··on Ask HN: Books about sales for indie hackers and small SaaS businesses
The sales techniques depends on the channel, if its like $10/month, you will use different channel compared to a products sold at at $100k.

Most indie hackers rely on social media and SEO for traction. It's more of marketing and less of sales.

arihantparsoya··on Almost all research on the mind is in English
I am a meditator from India. When I read the theory of meditation in Hindi, it is much more deeply understood (hindi as more words for explaining concepts of mind and consciousness) than english. However, I also think if someone is into experiential learning practices about the mind (such as meditation), it doesn't matter once you are sufficiently developed in those practices.
