Maltese, American, and Texan.
I like to think AGIs will decide to do that too.
Unless of course some of them manage to find ways to preserve information and keep records over those billions of years. The lost galaxies will be known from that.

It didn't sell in large volumes but it's fun to see the units that did sell checking in every 5 minutes from around the world to this day.
And that probably is at least somewhat because of all the apartment building going on, which is a positive thing.
One notable company "fled" - Oracle, this week.
The right mindset would I think be to show them that they were wrong if they reject you.
Ultimately fundraising is selling. And in sales, your goal should, funnily enough, be to get as many rejections as possible. To eat "no" for breakfast, as it were.
Easier said than done, I know.
The waiting time was about what you mentioned, but there was a convenient option to leave a call back number so you don't have to wait on hold.
I made a total of 3 calls, each spaced a few days apart. The first two agents were markedly impatient and eager to get me off the phone for some reason. The third one was very friendly and helpful and finally resolved the issue.
If you really make it anonymous, the downside then is that you have to keep asking the same visitor over and over again, each time they visit.
It seems like a point dear to the author's heart, given the way he highlights this and puts it in bold at the top of the article.
But while it sounds good on the surface, it doesn't take much digging to show it's silly. If you store any kind of data about a visitor to make their life more convenient, is that tracking? Shopping carts? Notification preferences? etc.
It's actually a bit ironic to ask visitors if it's ok to track them. If they say no, you have to track them to at least remember that choice.
Risky is not the word I would use to phrase that, at least not in the financial sense. There's little such risk there, "if you're already set for life" as you said.
More comfortable, for sure. Easier. PG has said as much himself on X several times when asked whether starting a company or investing was harder.
All I see in the Gemini docs is a terse sentence that says it isn’t included, which doesn’t sound like an optimal solution.
Our ads started getting literally orders of magnitude more traffic - we reduced the bids by a factor of 30x (no typo - that's thirty) and were surprised to see them taken up to the budget limit completely... we ended up spending a minor fraction of what we spent before for a lot more traffic.
So far, so good, right? Not so much. None of the traffic converted anymore. All useless. I can't remember the last actual conversion from X our conversion tracking software recorded at this point... weeks ago for sure. Formerly we got several a day.
