A2 Milk claims to be a registered trademark[1], yet it's just a product that has been produced for generations already since it's just a type of milk produced by specific type of cow.
EDIT: It's clear that this thread has been brigaded by A2 proponents. You should unflag my comment.
We have a rule of law. It's called the Geneva Protocol and Assad violated it!
Over a billion more people there by 2050 and the continent will be the hardest hit by climate change. We're just burying our heads in the sand about the reality of it.
This isn't surprising. The reality is California's good economy, relatively good school system, attractive West Coast appeal, and high influx of immigrants make California VERY competitive (i.e. overcrowded), which brings down the quality of life for all.
This is an end result of sorts of our global society. A California will always exist.

Maybe not a significant reason for the decline; I don't know, but obviously you can't blame the conditions in France alone for a decline in 70% of migratory songbirds. France could not be the issue at all.
Top tier schools could also start accepting the most genetically superior applicants. Given two students with equal test scores, one might already be 'maxed out' due to environmental advantages. We can start screening for the most potential and get rid of AA while we're at it.
So a judge basically said, "Well, we can break the law here and force the state to keep your name private because I say so; I'm a judge."
All the arguments about privacy and stuff, were really about whether it would be fair to break the law or now, not necessarily because they had some sort of legal standing.
No wonder people don't have faith in the American legal system.
The "American Dream" isn't follow an exploitive option just because it's possible.
California doesn't have a collective consciousness.
I would phrase it differently.
Americans have become conditioned to accept high prices for drinks. For lots of reasons, but mostly because they are real money makers in almost every place that sells any sort of drink.
I mean, it costs up to $6 for a bottle of kombucha, and I know people who go through a couple of those a day. The next logical step is a $20 coffee.
Meanwhile in Europe you can get a good espresso for a euro.
I also don't really buy the claims he personally was involved in stealing the xrb. Bitgrail has existed for a while, and presumably the owner would have some interest in XRB, probably owning a substantial amount since it was worth nothing. Considering its meteoric rise, he probably became rich himself.
So why try to steal 170 million dollars in a scam where you're bound to be accused of being suspect number 1?
The end of aging will lead to extermination/genocide in one form of another. There is no way around it.
They made more money, but only because everything they sell is more expensive. Shipped fewer devices this quarter.
