> FWIW I do advise my clients to critically consider FB or Google Ads due to the levels of click fraud.
Looks like you answered your own question! :)
yet not typescript support.

Should checkout Enpass. - Has google drive/dropbox/webdave sync connectors. - runs on android/ios/mac/linux/windows
If you don't like certain ideas being distributed then who made you the boss of ideas?
Without a free exchange of ideas, you can not have a educated population, you only get programmed automotons.
communication is between two or more people.
You seem to be misguided as to what Free Speech means.
Causes of this I've seen:
- sunk cost fallacy
- not spending enough time to understand the codes behaviour (and its side effects)
- code being written so it becomes hard to understand its behaviour and any side effects.
- trying to "win the PR game" by avoiding refactoring
- giving up on refactoring because thinking is too hard
If you don't want to talk to those people, then don't. But to stand there and claim to speak for all of us and claim you are the authority on what topics are authorised for discussion is such an disgusting level of narcisistic meglomania that needs to be stamped out.
You're just a Totalitarian, and you should be put on a podium along side your historial commrades (and their outcomes) for all to hear and see.
This shit has happened before, and many millions were silenced into the siberian wastelands for it.
If you are unable to see through the looking glass, then why would you ever come to the conclusion that you're biased?
Does anyone even take Guardian seriously except liberal left socialists living in a dream world?
Overall the best long term option is to simply stop developing on windows and start using Linux, docker, mono, nodejs etc.
I did this 10 years ago, and the situation on windows still hasn't improved.
Every decision is wrong, but it's your job as the one who has their shit together in the shit-storm to choose the least fucked up choice.
I mean... desktop environment on your application server ... lol?
There's so much friction legality and culture wise to getting a windows server to spin up, get developers to use good practices, encourage automation and resusability...
YOu should really just stop developing on windows and learn to embrace docker.
There's your first problem.
Not like the exemplary attitude of "awesome lets cut our wrists all day and open windows explorer to deploy"
I just showed a MacOSx user the alt-drag window resizing.... totally blew his mind, as in he couldn't understand why that wasn't a feature of MacOSx: "The Simple Operating System"
Perhaps you'd like to explain further?
My life is better for it too, I felt really agitated every time I had to touch Ruby code.
