abinaya_rl··on Show HN: Free Remote jobs search platform with verified handpicked jobs
This is the exact reason I've created Remote Leaf[1]. Remote Leaf helps job seekers save time by scouring hundreds of remote job boards and send them the ones that are fit based on the skills and location.

abinaya_rl··on Google Removed ClearURLs Extension from Chrome Web Store
Found that it's available for Firefox. Happy that I switched my main browser to Firefox a couple of months back.
abinaya_rl··on Show HN: Attract more customers by highlighting why people trust you
We are a proud user of this product. It's been realy fast compared to the Twitter embeds. If you embed more than 10 tweets Twitter script becomes very slow and this product makes it faster. Really appreciate the team.
abinaya_rl··on Baserow.io – Self-hosted Airtable alternative
I just literally searched for Web GUI client for Postgres and I was going through the Google Search results. Just in time noticed this awesome tool came up in HN. Really great man. I would like to become a paid customer once it's live.
abinaya_rl··on Show HN: Counter – Simple and Free Web Analytics
I've been using Simple Analytics[1] for a while now and am loving it. Glad there is no trackers on the site.

abinaya_rl··on Logging into Gmail on Chrome links my Google Account to the browser
This is the exact reason why I switched to Firefox!
abinaya_rl··on My product is my garden
Love this analogy. I feel like it's intended to me. I've been part of this Indiehacker movement since last 2 years building Remote Leaf[1]. Sometimes I worry too much when I get 2 churns in a day and happy next day when I get 1 new customer. I hate these process.

Instead of trying to be like growth at all costs, I need to follow your strategy. Just help people. Just improve the product. Just do the gardening.

abinaya_rl··on Shift to Remote Work Based on 7k HN Who Is Hiring Posts
This is really nice. I'll definitely check it out.
abinaya_rl··on Shift to Remote Work Based on 7k HN Who Is Hiring Posts
This is really nice. I've been hand-curating Remote jobs from Hackernews for a while. It's carefully curated by hard and tagged properly, everything listed on the page is 100% remote jobs. I was also planned on writing a report to see how remote jobs % is increased over the period of time and what tech trend is growing. But not finding time. This is an interesting report. If would like the data, I'm happy to share the last 12 months of data. Feel free to ping me on Twitter(@abinaya_rl)
abinaya_rl··on Twitter acquires Revue
This is really great acquisition. Maybe this is the path towards building the paid Twitter service?
abinaya_rl··on RemoteLeaf – Sharing my first Year in Review post
Founder of RemoteLeaf here, I'm building this project in public, sharing all the revenue details, small wins, churns, struggles and I hope it will be useful for fellow indiehackers.
abinaya_rl··on Why webcams aren’t good enough
Curious to know, with all these high quality web cams, do we have the support for high quality bandwidth internet connectivity.
abinaya_rl··on Ask HN: How to find the energy for side projects after day job?
I've been working on a side project for more than a year with the full-time job. I've set a rule for myself to set aside min 10mins to an hour per day for the side project. No matter what, even I'm extreme busy, at-least I go through the code and fix the minor bug or something. The day will not pass without touching my side project :)

That's how I was able to maintain it and keep focus on it. Just sharing my thoughts.

abinaya_rl··on B2B SaaS marketplaces with opportunities for indie hackers
Sure, here you go -> https://remoteleaf.com
abinaya_rl··on B2B SaaS marketplaces with opportunities for indie hackers
I've been curating remote jobs from hundreds of remote job boards and directly sending it to job seekers to help during their job search. I'm trying to see how can I use this data to do B2B sales. Is there a market place that I can submit the remote jobs data that can be helpful.
abinaya_rl··on Ask HN: Anyone else burnt out due to extended lockdown and work-from-home?
I spent more than 3 months on the lockdown. Working from home as a full time employee and also I was able to make a lot of progress on my side project. It really increased my productive since I don't waste 2 hours a day on commute and no distractions at all. So that's a good part.
abinaya_rl··on Thanks HN: You helped save a company that now helps thousands make a living
Woah, That’s an inspiring story. Congrats on your recent funding round!
abinaya_rl··on Show HN: Using flamegraphs to read big HN threads
OMG, This is all I wanted. Thank you so much for building this. I think it will make easy to read long HN threads.

I'm interested to learn more on the tech stack behind this project.

Huge fan of Tyler Tringas. Do you have any advice for startups founded by parents with toddlers?
abinaya_rl··on No meetings, no deadlines, no full-time employees
Interesting way to run a company. I'm wondering if you provide any health care benefits to Gumroad contractors?
abinaya_rl··on Show HN: I made an alternative platform for professional profiles
This really looks neat!

Thanks for sharing, screenjar looks interesting. I'll try it out in a few days.
abinaya_rl··on Ask HN: Successful one-person online businesses in 2021?
I started Remote Leaf a year back and it's not yet sustainable yet. It's making $1.5k MRR at this point. One of my goals in 2021 is to grew it to $10k MRR.

- Planning to focus more on SEO

- Appsumo deal might work

abinaya_rl··on Tell HN: Thank You Dang
Oh, I've interacted with dang a few times. I appreciate your manner in which how you handle the requests. Thank you so much for your hard work <3
abinaya_rl··on I sold my side-project for $30k

Are you going to continue involve with the product development?

abinaya_rl··on ReMarkable 2.0 – A digital notebook that feels like paper
I got the reMarkable as a tool to make my writing process more natural, and less cumbersome. I have been editing a novel, which means carrying around a stack of 250 pages so I can add notes in the margins before I get back to the computer to write the next revision. It’s heavy, and I’m tired of printing the full book so that I can have that tactile experience of writing on the page. The reMarkable tablet gives me a way to continue my writing processes without paper. Going to try this new version!
abinaya_rl··on Shakuntala Devi – The Human Computer (2016)
She is my inspiration, would like to share one of her quotres here for HN audience

"Education is not just about going to school and getting a degree. It’s about widening your knowledge and absorbing the truth about life."

abinaya_rl··on ReMarkable 2.0 – A digital notebook that feels like paper
I'm wondering if there is an application that can be installed on a Kindle to provide a similar interface, it will be a game changer. Any thoughts?
abinaya_rl··on Scrollbar Blindness
Woah, Thanks for bringing it up. These are the things that remind web developers to test the cross-browser compatibility, chrome is not the universe.
