Ztynovovk··on The U.S. May Finally Breach the Debt Ceiling. Here’s Why That Would Be Bad
It would collapse all of the society…if that were true.

But it’s not. The fed is regularly audited in the usual sense by independent third parties.

https://oig.federalreserve.gov/reports/board-financial-state....

Additionally, every security owned by the Fed, up to the detail of the identifying CUSIP number, is also available online.

Ztynovovk··on ChatGPT is a ‘code red’ for Google’s search business
Again, those potentially at a greater likelihood to affected won’t sit by and wait.

Approach the problem proactively or public opinion will force a solution upon it regardless.

Ztynovovk··on ChatGPT is a ‘code red’ for Google’s search business
I’ve worked in tech. The overt bias observed in the common worker (male dominated) is palatable and is undoubtedly interjected into the work.

You’re dealing with a technology that will have an impact on everyone everywhere.

If you don’t want to include them in the development, and are unable to police yourselves on addressing the inherent biases, then I don’t think you can complain.

I’m not following. DEI are racist? In what way?

I’m confused because holding initiatives for underrepresented groups seems to be a good thing for society.

Ztynovovk··on L.A. students have high grades but low test scores
^Read over this response and tell me it doesn’t sound insecure. Not my intent to belittle, just giving my impressions.
Ztynovovk··on ChatGPT is a ‘code red’ for Google’s search business
Don’t you have more important things to worry about aside from DEI initiatives? You’re upset because…?
Ztynovovk··on Twitter's rules and policies now forbid live location information sharing
Your initial claim of ‘everyone’ is false. That is all.
Ztynovovk··on Twitter's rules and policies now forbid live location information sharing
Like I said. You keep saying ‘everyone would.’ How about just saying ‘In my opinion I think* everyone would.’

Not hard to do. I’m part of everyone and don’t agree so your claim is initially false.

Ztynovovk··on Twitter's rules and policies now forbid live location information sharing
How about framing it as a personal opinion then? Don’t speak for everyone.

It’s publicly available information to begin with. What exactly is the issue?

Ztynovovk··on Twitter's rules and policies now forbid live location information sharing
“Everyone kind of agrees with”

That’s a broad claim yeah?

Data to support that claim?

Ztynovovk··on ElonJet Is Now Suspended
It appears that all automated flight tracking accounts utilizing open source data from @ADSBexchange have been banned from Twitter, including @RUOligarchJets.
Ztynovovk··on Tesla Market Cap falls below $500B
Have you considered Tesla is not the ‘gold standard’ anymore?
Ztynovovk··on Women like working with people, men like working with things, all over the world
They say “gender.” Then they say “men” and “women.”

They don’t appear to consider personal gender identity or sexual orientation.

Are these variations included in the data? Would they be important? Would these result change if the base group were gay? Or what about trans individuals, or non binary or whatever? I’m not up to date on the popular discourse these days in this area.

Ztynovovk··on USDD/Tron near collapse: USDD stablecoin below $0.97, reserve collateral drained
Tech-libs need to get in touch with reality.

In all my tears of living I’ve never had a conversation where someone used the word tyranny and banking in the same sentence.

Average joe just wants their assets insured and kept in a safe place.

> As an adult, take responsibility for the consequences of the risks you take.

Haha, you’re a funny guy. This thinking is fantasy. People can’t regulate themselves.

Keep thinking this though if you are that delusional.

Sure, whatever. Obviously it’s a personal choice.
Ztynovovk··on Asia’s advanced economies now have lower birth rates than Japan
18k a year for a kid is expensive. Like a quarter of the median household income.

Not to mention the time commitment. My friends lives were never the same after they had a kid.

It’s a no for me dog. At least rn.

Ztynovovk··on Asia’s advanced economies now have lower birth rates than Japan
^The pseudo-intellectualism that seeps through HN comments makes my eyes roll.

Here’s my take.

Stuff is expensive. Marriage is a lot of responsibility. It’s not 1950 anymore. Shit changes.

Ztynovovk··on Administrators Have Seized the Ivory Tower
Not a single linked citation in the entire article aside from a book reference.

If you are going to talk about the “deep state” and not cite anything at all you deserve a good eye roll.

Any institution that has “renewal” in their name is ideologically driven.

Ztynovovk··on The entire crypto ecosystem is a ponzi
The only way crypto works is if it had stayed niche.

If (old) people loose money, they will complain, legislators will notice, regulating policy will be implemented.

There is no point. Crypto is a fantasy.

Ztynovovk··on Why do you guys hate school so much?
> all kind of useless shit that you will NEVER need in life

Let’s see, looking back:

Anything past basic mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science.

In fact, most of the hard science and STEM related classes have turned out to be totally useless in my day to day and professional life.

The things/skills from classes that I have continually utilized:

Public Speaking, Debate Club, Professional Writing, Philosophy, Logic, Sociology, I even attended a single symposium on FBI negotiation tactics.

The older I get the more I come to understand C. West’s position that “the removal of classics is a spiritual catastrophe.”

Ztynovovk··on Is Elon Right?
BYD sold more cars in H122 than Tesla. Elon Stan detected.

Zeekr, a Chinese brand goes 621 miles, or 1,000 kilometers, on a single charge. More than the models that now lead the U.S. market in battery range: the Lucid Air, with 520 miles, and the Tesla Model S, with 405 miles.

Elon “free speech” Musk.

>Negative/hate tweets will be max deboosted & demonetized.

Guess this guy finally realized that a free for all model is not feasible.
