I realize that, but it can be used now with many models in real-life situations. I just wanted to mention it if someone doesn't know it.

Yes, they are doing the Proof of Work. If need be, we will completely emulate human-like mouse movements. These are essentially clients no different from real users.

But the thing is, the more they push for this, the less accessible websites will get, so there has to be another solution. Not everyone uses a mouse.

Browser-use just switched to patchright https://github.com/Kaliiiiiiiiii-Vinyzu/patchright which is an “undetectable” version of Playwright and can rotate/randomize fingerprints. Another extension uses residential proxies and pulls real fingerprints of real people.

I read the parent comment totally wrong.
ZeroTalent··on Amazon to display tariff costs for consumers
Oh my... I read this as QC, quality of manufacturing, not QoL.

Disregard my comment.

There is no more "as QoL in China improves."

The majority of parts of "Swiss Made" watches are made in China, utilizing a loophole that requires 60% of the watch's cost to be manufactured and assembled in Switzerland. So they make a rotor made out of gold in Switzerland, which accounts for 60% of the COGS of the watch, pop the rotor on the movement, and the sapphire glass on the watch, and it's "Swiss Made."

Replicas are also manufactured in the same factories as "authentic" watches, but are fully assembled in China. (my personal insider anecdote)

Given his track record, I doubt he will pursue irrational lawsuits.
ZeroTalent··on Writing "/etc/hosts" breaks the Substack editor
You're missing the point of Substack:

1. It's a social media platform with a network that is still easy to extract organic growth from.

2. 99% email deliverability without configuring anything. It's whitelisted everywhere.

ZeroTalent··on Writing "/etc/hosts" breaks the Substack editor
hire a cybersec person. I don't think they one.

No, they actually have the files pane on the left, live preview mid-top, terminal errors mid-bottom, and the agent on the right. no looking at code.

Cursor has a "yolo mode" where you don't have to click accept for tooling even for system commands and people whitelist commands like sudo, su, and rf :))) I wish I was kidding.

No worries I also have to say I haven't had me morning coffee when I was writing my comment and maybe reacted overly emotionally. To me prioritizing Flakes being succinct was a priority.
ZeroTalent··on Why is OpenAI buying Windsurf?
Cash is cheap. $3B isn't that much in the grand scheme of things for OpenAI and, allegedly, 1M users.
ZeroTalent··on Recall going back into Windows

ZeroTalent··on I passionately hate hype, especially the AI hype
Grammarly is among the best applications of LLMs I have seen. I'm glad to be paying for it. It even detects and modifies "typical AI phrases," which is ironic.

Not with 0DTE options at this scale at multiple strikes. highly improbable. This wasn't the only trade. It was a sweep of hidden trades across different strikes on SPY and QQQ. Occam's Razor says this is insider trading. This has never happened before to this degree. The cool thing is that all of the historical data is transparent and cannot be removed from the ledger, and we can ask and know who made the trades it will just take a few weeks.

And looking at the options flow, it was billions across all the unusual 0DTE trades.
