I don't know about "healthy" food, but I'm pretty certain that Cap'n'Crunch Oops All Berries! (which contains 50% sugar and—oops—no berries whatsoever) is the opposite of that.
Better labeling is nice, but I'd rather have a law that says that breakfast cereals should contain at least 50% of cereals.
IOW, it seems you're reacting to something that's not there.
Granted, even at 11 kb the image looks really good and there are no visible artifacts but when you put the original image and the lossy version side-by-side, you can see that some tones are slightly off and gradients/shades are slightly different.

IOW, it yields a much smaller benefit as data gets harder to compress. Of course this is not at all surprising. Are there people out there who can read this and not think that this person is mental?
I can't see a difference between this conspiracy theory and all the others: chemtrails, fluoride, mind control, FEMA camps, Time Cube.
I'm sorry but while I was very interested about finding an explanation about the alleged acquisition (of ammos), the second I realize this is an opinion piece and the author likes to veer in conspiracists territory, I have to treat him as an unreliable source and check everything that's written from reliable sources. IOW, I have to rewrite his article for myself.
So yeah, I would have loved to find whether there's something fishy about DHS's current ammo that they had to replace it, or if they have reasons to believe that the price of ammo is going to flare up, etc... But once I realize this is an opinion piece from a potential conspiracy theorist, phrases such as "...shoot every American 5 times" take another implied meaning.
Also, if DDoS is "destructive" then copying a file is stealing.
