I have so many questions on how the mechanics of an organizational change like this works.
I wish developers took 5 minutes to actually write (or show) what their app/utility/program actually does, in plain english terms. The more I browse random Github Repos, the more I see this lack of clarity.
> A keyboard logging and presentation utility for presentations, screencasts, and to help you become a better keyboard user.
This description tells me nothing of what it does. Even the linked website subtitle is useless. "A Keyboard Utility For All Your Windows Presentation Needs" tells me nothing. Luckily they have a video gif on the website that makes it more clear on what it does, and it really should be in the Github readme page aswell.
Of all the companies that exist out there, Microsoft definitely has the resources to make full native apps for all the platforms they want Teams to run on.
Then I read the comment on CNX-Software. Renesas has invested 10 million dollar to Arduino. [1].
Now it makes sense. Gotta follow the money.

In the article, they provide this:
>rg . | fzf | cut -d ":" -f 1
What would be the easy windows equivalent of
> cut -d ":" -f 1
??
> rg . | fzf
How do I do this on windows (NOT Linux)??
*Note:* Assume I already have ripgrep, FZF & VS Code installed.
No, alot SW devs (the type that work at FAANG-like companies) are actually spoiled, relative to most other industries of the world. Perhaps, they have gotten so used to is that they don't recognize it. You can absolutely make an argument that the rest of the world's workforce is being abused, but that is speaking from place of privilege and its easy to be a "champion for the worker" from your ivory tower.
> Elon is spoiled though, in thinking he can treat folks as fungible.
That is because they are fungible, though. Twitter is not some paragon of technical excellence and innovation. Its a website.
The sad thing is that people are suckers who actually believe alot of this corporate PR.

People keep repeating this trope as if Twitter is some paragon of technical excellence and innovation. It is no such thing. It is a popular website with a textbox for user input.
You don't need "talent", you simply need to people who get the job done.
What scares me is that everyone is speculating and jumping to conclusions without hard facts. Behaving this way can easily escalate some trivial situation into something more serious.
I don't know how the financial transactions & stuff work in the background, but the point is that you have more information and more options.
