Well in that case I sure hope you're not planning on wearing one of those t-shirts...
As detaro says, it's for web apps, not desktop ones. Afaik its mostly boilerplate for node+react.
It should be obvious by now that this method doesn't work and we can't just erase the habit of using recreational drugs from human history.
Humanity is a species obsessed with experimentation and exploration. We take mind-altering substances for a wide variety of reasons. Solving problems, winding down at the end of the day, trying to get a boost of creativity, having a spiritual experience or just getting fucked up for the sake of it.
If the lawmakers really have our best interest in mind, they should concentrate on education, harm reduction and making sure the drugs people consume do not contain any other, potentially very dangerous substances.
We don't need our governments to protect us from ourselves. We need them to make sure these substances are clean, people are aware of the risks and that they have somewhere to go if they need help.

I'm not a fan of the 12 inch Macbook but you knew it only had one port and no active cooling when you bought it.
It's not like it suddenly lost a bunch of ports and throttling under load is not really unexpected either.
I count at least 2 unnecessary textures, 4(or 5?) different fonts and a color palette that makes no sense to me.
I know some people are enraged about how many "generic 3-column flat UI" websites there are, but give me one of those any time instead of something that can't make a decision over what unnecessary decorations to use around a button that's already cluttered with a background texture and 3d effect.
I'm glad they removed all the silly shadows, 3d effects and animations and defined more strict UI guidelines.
I don't need my OS to look like a Christmas tree.

Yea, I'd like the author to explain why.
Apparently I turned all of their tracking off at some point and forgot about it.
They also boost the traffic the surrounding businesses get and make it easier for cafés and restaurants to add a terrace area.
Well-executed pedestrian zones are one of the easiest and most effective ways of making a street more liveable in my opinion.
Edit: Also, (preferably one-way)streets where the sidewalk-to-road ratio is a lot higher than usual. Case in point[1]
