Dennis,
Sorry for the inconvenience. The support team is supposed to issue a notification first.
Here's a zip file of the uploaded videos:

Nice it took only 4 hours and I just wonder why the support said things were final when internal zip file seemed to be the solution. Now it will take 4 hours to download them all from that ZIP. Lets hope they are nice enough to keep the file up some time ...

Hi Dennis,
These videos are all in strict violation of our TOS regarding spam, commercial use, posting webinars, etc. Our Pro account does not circumvent our TOS, as is very clear on sign up. Again, all of this is at http://blip.com/tos
These videos have been removed from our servers and our decision to remove your account is final. Good luck in finding a more appropriate hosting solution for your content.

I am not gonna try...
I think eventually we will get some accurate data based on third party IP info and I also saw corporate info in those packs.
Its an interesting idea. But how does you tool work in the real world? I get someone from Adobe in San Jose on my site this morning and then what? I have to coldcall and hope I get the right person in that corp. office that actually visited my site?
But its true that that will not justify becoming a reedge.com client eventually. People wanna see double figure improvements. So this gonna be a hard one.
But we will see on the way how people use reedge.com and see how the positioning of the product will go. Its now Conversion Rate Optimizing, but maybe geo-targeting, analytics, funnel optimization or whatever is the way to go... we will refocus.
No just to find out the problem with the video I do not see it.
Its the goal to show most without registration.
The problem was we did not test the actual login, just having the option. The client did not give us details on revenue/turnover or hoe many people actually used login of facebook.
It was a health product on the US market.
So I suggest to beak down your site to the following levels (example figures but not far off from typical web-starter):
100% unique visitors 30% saw registration page 21% signed up for trial 30 days 19% logged in 11% did 3 key tasks (made project, setup 1 test, checked 1 report) 5% logged in 3x within first month 2% upgraded to paid service 1.5% is still with us after 1 year
So you have these metrics and then you monitor them day/week/month whatever you feel like. And every percentage has to increase otherwise non of you technical improvements, bug fixes, marketing effort or support is working.
