Often the problem is that they do not have the talent to manage money. Giving them livestock causes them to work for rewards. Its easier for them to learn. There is a commitment required. Also people are willing to help them, in their learning. If they show willingness to earn rather than beg, people are more apt to help. Still, there needs to be an evaluation into the charter of the recipient. Some could sell the livestock and buy booze.

Its a very sad story. Its a sad ending to a sad life. I have known many people with a horrible past. I cannot understand their pain. I cannot understand their depression because I have never experienced it. I can understand their desire to end it all. By observing and listening to their pain that goes on year after year, I can believe their life is very sad. When I was younger I wanted to become violent against the perpetrators of such crimes. People here don't want to believe this. They will still vaccinate their kids and worse will be in favor of forced vaccinations. They trust the government research. They trust the doctors and the pharmaceutical companies. This stuff is just a bunch of nonsense by troublemakers.

The date range is one of Google greatest features. Its not perfect but it is great. I would like to see past 2 years added to the list. Sometimes 1 year is not enough and it is to time consuming to type a custom date range. But it is wonderful at filtering out 5 year old content. This is a feature I use every time I am looking for code samples on the Internet.

In Bing they are number one. These daily changes in the code are finally catching up with them. Opera is also fast. Has a built in RSS reader, ad blocker, Html,css,js inspector and many other built in features. The newest (not out yet) has stacked tabs.

We don't live in a Democracy. Its suppose to be a Republic. But that died a long time ago. Even Google says so. In fact that's the whole point of the pilots protest.
