Where as Digg, Diggnation and Revision 3 founder Kevin Rose. Is not using Rev3 for his new podcast Foundation or his other new show "The Random Show".

The reason Kevin says for charging for Foundation is "I'm spending money on equipment, and editing"..

It all sounds silly to me, and shows just keep disappearing.

Competing with Paypal, Google Checkout and the rest would be difficult without major funding. You need to find a USP such as https://squareup.com or http://flattr.com/

If a USP to compete with the likes does not come to mind, then find a niche business activity that makes payments. Then design it around their and their customers requirements, I have a similar project on the drawing board.

NDA's are a necessary evil, though those holding them have to be aware they need so share the basics.

NDA or Not, ideas can be stolen. Just don't show all your cards.

Its based on ShashTags and has API. I can not find how to add/edit my SlashTag via an API. Since I run a directory that would really help them, its a bit of a pain.

As a developer id rather give up 3 percent of equity, of something worth nothing at the time, than pay $9.99 per month. Key to any start-up without investors is to keep regular costs down.

foundrs.com is not the end all of incorporation, it seems to have nothing for "assets". Who owns the code? Author or Company. Who owns the domain? Registrar or Company?
