KqAmJQ7··on Elon's own xAI chatbot divulges Nuclear War Plans
"Elon Musk is a brilliant luminary"

Is Elon personally RLHFing this thing?

KqAmJQ7··on What I learned from competing against a ConvNet on ImageNet (2014)
> Fine-grained recognition. We found that humans are noticeably worse at fine-grained recognition (e.g. dogs, monkeys, snakes, birds), even when they are in clear view. To understand the difficulty, consider that there are more than 120 species of dogs in the dataset. We estimate that 28 (37%) of the human errors fall into this category, while only 7 (7%) of GoogLeNet erros do.

This is an interesting observation. It also makes claims of near-human-level performance somewhat suspect.

KqAmJQ7··on The Absurdity of Income Tax
This applies to pretty much any organization imo. From nonprofits to corporations to states.
KqAmJQ7··on Ask HN: Is there a tool to “diff” search engines?
Interesting, although i was actually trying to find algorithmic differences rather than intentional suppression.

Fnding which results are "boosted" would also be just as interesting to me as which are suppressed.

KqAmJQ7··on Algorithm Wiki
Awesome, I've lately found the quality of articles at wikipedia declining. Let's hope this will make up for it. I really like how the article just get to the core of the matter instead of droning on about various trivia.

Quiet, Richard Stallman might hear you!
