Did you encounter the same issue on the archived page? I'm wondering if maybe it's some caching issue, because the relevant .css file loads properly for me.

HypnoticOceloton Making Of: My Website

Hi!

I just wanted to share the details of building my personal site here on HN. Please let me know what you think, if you'd like, or don't if not!

If the site gets hugged to death, which it might, here's the archive link: https://web.archive.org/web/20260812130230/https://ocelot.lo...

I've been using Magic Earth, which is paid, but has worked pretty well for me so far.

Sorry if that came across as snarky!

What do you mean by "really old"? My experience with games available on Steam has been fine(barring those big-budget ones), but I've had problems in the past setting up games from CD-ROMs that have DRM on them. Proton and Wine still don't play so well with SafeDisc or SecuROM, and traditional Windows workarounds(when applicable) often don't work on Linux.

HypnoticOceloton Testing DVD-R and CD-R 25 years later: optical disks from Japan

Mine was purchased after that date, does that only apply to Blu-Ray?

I've used the Pioneer BDR-XS07UHD[0] and that's worked well with MakeMKV[1]! I've only tried it on normal DVDs, but Blu-Rays should work well too.

My personal solution is to use ReleaseFeed(https://releasefeed.elomatreb.eu/) to get RSS updates for artists I want to listen to, which is great if you already use RSS.
