Handy-Man··on The AI Race Just Got Awkward
I am talking about correlating Anthropic/OpenAI cache prices going down with Deepseek publication - neither of those labs have said that's what they used for example.

And the only data they are showing is that cache prices went down for new Claude/OpenAI models but that's proving nothing, IMO.

Handy-Man··on The AI Race Just Got Awkward
Just assumptions, nothing backing it. So maybe I'd sit out calling others out.

Edit: Apt domain.

Well then you clearly should have read it first. As it kept getting escalated and went to review board and was still rejected stating first review was correct.

Handy-Man··on Our position on open-weights models
Their position seems fair to me - sure it does help them as well, but I don't necessarily disagree with the risk they are laying out.

Then you did not read it clearly.

Edit: Typo

Haven't been logged out of the app on my Apple TV in 4 years now.
Handy-Man··on Grok 4.5
From what I have read, their pre-training team is much better than anyone else. For OpenAI, their post-training team is better. And apparently OpenAI has consistently struggled at training a bigger model than GPT 4 level

That's neither Microsoft nor Anthropic design. It's from their acquisition of Inflection AI. Even Copilot mobile app design is basically what was Inflection's design

Handy-Man··on Microsoft to Stop Sharing Revenue with Main AI Partner OpenAI
I suppose continue to host until the 2030/32 that they have access to but not share revenues when they use those models for their products like the bazillions of Copilots.
Handy-Man··on The next phase of the Microsoft OpenAI partnership – OpenAI
Yeah my bad, I was misremembering, it was about investing in others and pursuing its own "AGI" efforts. But even those conditions were updated over the last two years, hence the small investment in Anthropic last year.
Handy-Man··on Microsoft and OpenAI end their exclusive and revenue-sharing deal
It also restricted Microsoft from "partnering" with anyone else. Wouldn't be surprised if we see another news like Amazon, Alphabet investing in Anthropic.

That's the last round they raised at. They had other offers from VCs at ~850B they rejected. Seems like may have been in works since that last round was being raised and just finished paperwork?
Handy-Man··on ChatGPT for Excel
You have to use the "agent" toggle for Copilot to behave the same way lol. Otherwise its pretty simple chat interface with the context, that's all.
