Rendition, Extraterritorial Abduction, and Extraordinary Rendition are not useful inside Russia either. I read a news piece years ago the FBI tried to setup an office in Moscow (~1992 to ~1996). The Russians said "sure thing". Agents flew over, decided to take a walk around and check out the city. They were met by a group of allegedly KGB agents as a sort of "welcoming party" who worked them over in a street fight. It did not end well, consequently, the office in Moscow was closed and never again considered.

He was driving a relatively new battleship gray Ford Maverick. I tried to get a photo of his license plate but too grainy, definitely not Texas plates though.
In all my years I never experienced an angry driver ramming me, that took the cake.
Phthalates are used to plasticize this polymer, or make it more flexible - tough.
Recap the very-low-fat plant-forward diet: 70% of calories came from carbs, 15% from protein, and 15% from fat, and it was heavily based on legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruit, and berries.
They did not include in the study the VETO plant based diet. Very low carbs, low fats, only monosaturated fats, no table sugar (sucrose), no white flour, no cow's milk, etc. and high plant based protein, with lactobacillus cultured non dairy "yogurts".
The standard Keto diet suffers from saturated fats, and while the adherents seem to have better results at first, decades later they will suffer arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular problems.
Well, I was educated to be a research horticulturalist, but when I graduated the University in 1980 they wanted to offer me jobs like watering greenhouses for $900 a month.
Became an entrepreneur, landscaper, irrigator, etc. Never got wealthy.
Saw an opportunity to startup an international introductions agency, lasted 6 years, lot's of travels in the former USSR.
Finally found my "financial security" in a blue collar startup, installing and servicing underwater submersible pumps for the ultra wealthy living on lake front property in Texas. Retired now, debt free, massive savings, going to sell the business. Cannot complain about ski boating to and from work everyday while others are bumper to bumper in stop and go traffic on the highways. And the view, well, it's all nature. I was typically always on a large shaded dock or "boathouse" of a customer, if the heat got to me, just jump in the lake to cool off. Skills required: experienced scuba diver, electrical, plumbing, something of a pump specialist-engineer, chief salesman, chief website designer, head bottlewasher, etc, etc. Healthier than sitting in a office all day staring at screens.
Probably the most significant item I learned from so many different occupations ? For me, it was about your "overhead". What are your fixed and variable expenses ? What does it cost to run the business ? The lake pump gig was a business I could run almost by myself, only one day labor guy to help me on installs, so overhead was incredibly low. No lease space, ran it out of my garage.
OPPOSITE of the teaching that the wise old trader advised to the young rookie trader: "don't try to catch falling daggers, let them stick in the floor first and stop quivering".
I'll be studying trading volume levels on the daily and weekly chart to gain more insight as to when this market likely tops.

I culture it at home with unsweetened soymilk (no-dairy), using inulin as the carb source for the lactobacillus, since lacto can utilize inulin as their energy source, but many other bacteria cannot.
