I'd assume that 35 years of inflation needs to be factored in as well, at 2% that would half subsidy by that point. Also, there is an inherent cost to green power, if it was cheap power companies would flock to build them of their own accord, but of course they dont, so the government has to subside them.
What I find strange is that some of these examples dont even do the same thing, which is a little odd when you're trying to do a fair comparison. And some weird non optimal syntax on both sides.

Or, just use the Asus' own QoS system. The newer routers actually have a fairly fancy one. But neither of these has a way to limit directly by interface, do they?
I'd think all you can do is design for failure (as you would now) and use the failures as training data. The only real advantage is that you don't pay AI and they don't get bored, they're consistsntly good or bad.
Or from the other view, reduce entering the market from an extremely lengthy and risk R&D venture into a known fee. Which you can account for and drastically lowers risk.
I'm not sure about pycharm, but i know for certain IntelliJ warns you about constant conditions like that. That said, he could have picked that example just to illustrate a point, rather than something it literally suggests.
