Can someone install and use it without the app?

5amdotison Ask HN: What have you created that deserves a second chance on HN?

My app Quiet: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id1441525727?pt=11941...

Quiet is a content blocker for Safari on iPhone, iPad, and Mac that lets you block out all of the unwanted distractions like Facebook, Twitter, etc...

On the Mac it also acts as a network filter.

I am looking into expending this app to more systems and browsers.

A static website could easily be hosted on GitHub, Cloudflare, or Netlify for free. Only cost is the domain name and maybe an email provider.

5amdotison Let's make the web personal again

You should add a working rss feed link here:

`<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS feed" href="undefined/writing/rss">`

5amdotison Ask HN: Comment here about whatever you're passionate about at the moment

I also miss the early internet and personal websites. That is why I started to work on a personal website. So I can have my own space on the internet. Writing about things I like without worrying about how many people visit it, or algorithms.. that is also the reason why I do not use analytics.. I do not care, this website is for me, and if other people read it that is a nice bonus.

Feel that more people should do this. Grow indie web :)
