I doubt the market sell off yesterday had anything to do with how well the products will sell (I'm guessing we will soon hear that it is "The best selling iPhone ever").

Rather, it is more likely to do with downward pressure on profit margins of the iPhone. Sure the plastic cover of the 5c will help, but there are still a bunch of expensive components inside.
