After watching the videos the other similar crash it comes to my mind is a civil 747 that was incorrectly loaded with military vehicles. I think admiral cloudberg covered the details of that accident.
It's kind of crazy how infrequently ice causes civil aviation crashes these days. That seems like a really hard problem to solve.
