I did not file lawsuit yet, I am waiting them to pay me friendly manner if does not work I will need to sue
You should just file the lawsuit. Repeating the same story on HN will not magically put money back in your account or make everyone mad enough to compensate you. Collect your evidence, get legal counsel, and take this seriously if you want it resolved.
