What about leveraging the old PRISM [0] program? That'd be a good starting point to figure out which companies have sensitive information they are willing to share with nefarious groups.
I'm less worried about being surveilled by capitalists and more about that information getting into the hands of law enforcement. Capitalists, as a body, want to sell me stuff. That is less threatening than people who might arrest me.
