I have a history of seeing some of the worst interpretation of the worst side effects of medication. I'm pretty sure I would have been better off just going ketovore when I first found out I was diabetic in my early 20s... Now I'm nearly 50 and my metabolism is completely broken.
With the gastroparesis, I've got a hard time even keeping the insulin intake correct... I can go a full day without eating hovering around 100… then suddenly my cgm alarm goes off at 240... Sometimes the opposite, it'll be around 150 all day then suddenly drop to 65 and I feel ravenous and thirsty.
The thing is, there's the main ingredients (semaglutide/liraglutide/exenatide/tirzepatide/...) and also the ingestion mechanism -- like Rybelsus can be taken orally and has a MUCH lower dosage/absorption rate. Only some of them seem to have "extra" side effects (the scariest of which being suicidal thoughts).
