Does anyone have any interesting Monocle use cases to report? I ordered one and tried hacking around with it, found very little in terms of durable utility or even hackability for interesting computer vision/AR applications, so would be curious to hear if anyone did better.

That's not to knock the creators btw, I think they're working right at the edge of some incredibly challenging hardware constraints, just that maybe the tech is still immature for those who want to apply it, as opposed to those who want to hack on the tech stack itself.
