Bombardier sold all non-bizjet businesses over the last few years.

This included the CSeries which became the Airbus A220, the primary competition for the 737 MAX-7

Bombardier only makes bizjets these days.

Can they ramp up production?

They already supply a ton of smaller aircraft and short haul routes for regional carriers. They would not replace Boeing though
