One of the first courses I took to learn programming, having never written a line of code in my life. I decided to get my masters in CS after this, and followed that on with a career in tech. Honestly, a huge change in career trajectory.
It seems there are 3 platforms which offer a certificate, for a fee, and then one with a free certificate, Harvard OCW: https://cs50.harvard.edu/x/2023/
