No undergraduate degree is your issue. The market has recovered, but only for people who can hop the first HR filter. For everyone, else I hope you have a strong professional network. Humans aren't even looking at your resume. You are getting kicked by a computer.

My only recommendation is that you reach out to non-fully remote small companies/startups. Those are likely to not have automatic resume filters and they are likely to have few enough decent applicants that they'll give you a try.
