Wrong, most websites in the US are currently required to be accessible. The ruling described by TFA overturns that in one region.

No worries. Sounds like you read some intent on my part to mean accessibility was optional. I wasn't trying to say that.

"Wrong"? I'm suggesting it's a space you could look at to see how the transition went, in a space where the website owners knew for sure it was required.

And I'm saying it was always required, there was no transition.

You don't see the value of studying what happened in a space where the owners of the sites finally agreed it was required?

For sure, there was a burst of activity and change on the part of the airlines when this happened.
