I am proposing a small change in Windows that can lead to big improvement to the user experience.

Yes, you are right that Linux has its merits. But I don't want Windows to become so bad that the people move to Linux because of this. I want people to move to Linux because it has become better than Windows.

As I like to say, building medium to big project is like running marathon and not a sprint, because at the moment when you have no air and you are exhausted you will have to stop. And a half-build project is useless opposed to a late project that works. Better late than never.

Sister IDE - PhpStorm comes with keymaps from Eclipse, NetBeans, Emacs and others

> They sell phones, they don't sell public safety

No, they don't, but they sell personal data safety.

The SAAS vendor will be used for its build expertise only. After the build the bank will deploy inner cloud. And the provider will be payed well for the build and for support.

NSA doesn't care about the Constitution, why should they care about lesser entities.

Describe your company in detail in https://Glycast.com/AuboutUs and do not put link to CarouselApps.com.

Or redesign CarouselApps.com and spread your new product on the homepage and move older stuff in some archive type page.

The only screenshot that is visible on the site is from the demo of Metronic Theme - HTML5 theme for sale. My gut feeling is that this is just test for demand and there is no real product behind.

Edit: I was wrong - there is a product. But it looks so fluffy at first glance.

Is it possible to write a book about my experience?

It will be very short: "I decided to make a tool for my needs. Work. Work. Work. I liked the result and I added multiuser. Now I am struggling to find a way to show it to the world."

I will contact you.

I'm only two months into this regime. I want to see durable results and maybe I'll start. But my town is not big. Is there a way to make an online workshop?

There was another point but because of 2000 char limit:

10b. If the task is too long in time or too boring you may set an egg timer for 45 to 60 minutes and make the relaxation break.

I'm not sure - YC icon is in the section "66 New Icons in 4.4" (latest version)

Is it possible for the benchmark providers to use "Database O" instead of the Oracle name?

Second question: if Oracle bans showing its product(s) in benchmarks does this mean that it is slow?

The inuit people cannot use solar. I think that it is better to have both solutions in the field and the time will tell which solution is better for a given region.

And radioactive elements come from long dead suns, so all energy on earth originally comes from A sun.

They are assembled back before they leave the VPN. This step makes the latency higher.

1. Write down if there are more steps to do. 2. Watch a BBC documentary about the cosmos or something narrated by David Attenborough. Without advertisements.

The people with ADHD have the so called "hyperfocus". It's like the flow, but you cannot stay in it if there are distractions. Pills help to ignore those distractions. You are more resourceful by training (from your condition), pills just enable you to show it.

I've been there (legally). You have to be motivated by your goal. And be prepared for a few bad days when the pills end. And you will miss this extra power you've tasted.

Its a slippery slope. Please plan very well.

I would suggest to SchizoDuckie to remove/redo the screenshot because of self-incriminating info.

A friend of mine had very good results in work with micro-dosing - he took 1/10 of trip dose and was more focused and creative. He suffered no hallucinations or giggles.

EDIT: Just trying to give second good use of this substance. Easing the suffering of a terminally ill person is good. Enhancing creativity and focus in young person is also good.

Question to any touch typist who codes: how do you cope with all the special characters: (){}[];:'`!@#$% ?

Do they slow you or make you leave the home row?

Interesting military hacking. Is it wise to unveil this missile exploit?

Some real data from this poll: HNers are compassionate people - they vote mostly for the underdog number, so the number of the votes are almost equal. (21st minute from the poll 136:138)

English is not my first language and I really looked 'zucky' in the dictionary.

For those not finding 'zucky' in the dictionary - this is the pet name of Zuckeberg.
