I added

this.x_velocity * = .98;

this.y_velocity * = .98;

in the player update function. (right after line 346 of bubbles.js)

Controls become a lot easier, but that's my personal preference. You can add the lines in the chrome source inspector, then ctrl+s to save. No need to refresh :)

It may have started a few months ago but people have been adding their responses to it until a few hours ago. It's coming back as an issue because Gmail used to allow users the ability to revert to the old look, but have now removed that option.

Take a look: there have been around 100+ new posts in the last 5 hours complaining about the new look.

This would be great, but would never work. Unless you are working on some incredibly small niche OR your app is miles and miles ahead of the competition, people will gladly (read: stupidly) download a worse app for free rather than pay a small amount.

Also, this would be collusion at some level, woudn't it? :)
