I presume if you want to accept German players u need to conform to German rules. So how do these online casinos operate inside the EU ?
EDIT: also note that Malta population is 500K. So even one large unicorn can shift the economy numbers.
There is no plan or pricing on the landing page (sign up first! start working!)
The platform "Lite Version" leads to a "join waiting list" or "contact sales"
Sheezzz
Can u recommend some sort of a factorio for star-exploration type game ?
Kerbal itself is far too complex and detailed oriented for me
They mention 20GB/month which ~10k/s which seems very low for any kind of server, let alone realtime sub-pub.
I realize its a nearly-free starter plan. Just wondering if i am missing something.
It seems to me, FINDING the right team for remote is a lot of trial and error.
(I managed a few small off shore teams and the quality really varied..)
And this is not some cherry picking. 2-3c/kwh in the US, India, Chile, Middle East, etc..
Today, it is completely out of date on PV, wind. Fingers crossed for same progress on storage & EVs.
Throw in bio-fuels for aviation, and maybe hydrogen for marine and heavy transport, and civilization may yet survive /s
Can i ask Go developers if the compiler is fast enough (for now), or is this still a (major) pain point ?
Disclosure: i work on build systems and optimizers.
Quick question. Any recommendations for a "wallet library" for a web-app side project (either JS or Java backend) ?
Basically we want to take payments from users, charge the wallet for certain operations, and show history and balance.
I am not even sure what to google to find this.
Any pointers appreciated.
I am kinda of looking for a library to manage each customer billings and balance
Do you know of any recent efforts to combine ML and VM optimizations ?
(I read about the VS compiler and profile-based optimizations)
How does a deal like this take place ? Its bizarre
Obviously, NN work well with one-hot and other vector relations. But I keep wondering why some sort of higher-order-input graph-network (Kipf, etc) is not more popular.
What has been your experience ?
Also, from the article, TIL a new word: Obdurate ...
In the (simpler and less studied) game of Shogi, AG made very startling moves, which increase the number of vulnerabilities (and opportunities). AG is able to better balance all these combinatoric paths.
Perhaps as humans, we have limited combinatoric capacity, and hence are biased to conservative moves to reduce our search space (so we get lower expectations since we have to bound our variance?).
Whether this is less-strategic or simply less-bound-by-human-limitation is up to discussion.
end-rant
EDIT: Would be interested to hear your views about larger DRL domains. Drop me a line if u r interested gaxasit@getnada.com temp email.
I can imagine someone passing by, picking up one of these and dumping it into a garbage can.
Maybe the margins are so high they can just effort to replace them ?
The article itself is odd - most PV will go to utility and commercial scale. Even on rooftop, aesthetics are possibly down the list after durability, reliability, efficiency and cost.
e.g. linked list, hashes, lookup table, classes, counters, iterators, etc
(Not referring to books such as TAOCP which cover a few topics in-depth)
The British criminal investigation was closed last year.
Sigh..
PG laments the difference between today and 1500s. He is not talking about some ideal utopia. So the reply tweet claims that the difference is not that great.

Some skepticism in the comments, since the algorithm assumes you can "return to a previous state" (e.g. with a simulator). So could be interesting for robotics, games..
Which lib is used for pdf processing ?
Is epub support in the roadmap ?
(start rant)
The simple answer is "China consumed less, and invested more".
The US can tax fuel and SUV, and invest in green energy. The EU can tax London's banks and offshore, it can slash its agriculture subsidies, and invest in tech and innovation.
The Western world simply prefers bigger cars and exotic vacations.
