Once people accept that there’s no such thing as a free (as in beer) app or service. In addition to there needs to be serious laws put in place that gives users control of their data. And they should be getting paid for facebooks profits—not the share holders.

Frankly, C has gotten us quite far in the systems engineering space. No matter what language, bugs will surface. Starting over on the hype-train isn’t always the best idea!

I recommend going to https://raku.org/ and reading up on the language because Raku actually has features “modern languages” do not. E.G. the grammars.
