but now it is a "14days free trial, then pay"
And I am still not able to understand even a basic Japanese dialogue
I wonder if Rosetta Stone is better
...but it is so expensive. In my country (EU) it's easily 2x the price of real meat. And sells frozen in packs of 10. And there is ONE store that sells it.
At reduced price, packs of 2 would be a hit. Like this it's "yeah I tried it once, it was good... nope, not going to buy again"
Even in winter, after a couple of minutes the headset screen is completely foggy and my head is uncomfortable
I tried the oculus, htc, cardboards... all the same. At this point I think this technology will simply not work for me
Here "what would you do for +10k" -> "ANYTHING"
2. the time tracker could have worked! Not "I'm gonna be rich" worked but still could have been something.
3,4. he didn't do them
5. tried to compete against linkedin/facebook?!
IMHO we are always too oriented to "make money, NOW"... Doing free stuff is ok. It's not that "if it's free then scrape the whole project, what's the point anyway"!
The opensource/free stuff you make ends up in your CV, and could be a game changer
google doesn't even want to to know that later model exist
very very impressive
* I ordered 20kg of oranges from sicily, no shipping costs, arrived in 2days
* Coffee, same thing
* a bass guitar, same
* groceries are delivered in a day from local shops
* for electronics i bought from many shops, usually takes ~1week. still OK for a washing machine or those big items
...seems that "the infrastructure" that amazon required for ups/dhl/* are being used by any other (even tiny) buisiness.
My only complain is Ikea. Ikea doesn't cooperate.
I use linux... yes it works as a standard 5 mouse buttons, but there is no software for gestures or thumb scroll. Windows has those. Linux will probably never have anything like that
(thumb gesture-button seems to trigger KeyPress Meta+TAB, binding it seems not-so-easy)
e.g. once in 2017 you had problem1: implement an interpreter for this asm-like language. ok, 5 instructions, super easy. ...problem2, run this asm-like program. You couldn't, it was 10^n iterations, would take days. You had to read, understand and optimize the asm-like code.
last year I was amazed writing a function to check if two rectangles intersect (you can do it in like 2 lines)
so, TLDR, you get a lot of "hey that's cool! I never thought about it"
privacy.resistFingerprinting = true
breaks whatsapp web login page, interestingnon-world-class: doing <30" one handed is very doable, anyone can do less than 1 min (yes, if you know how to solve and you trained one handed. ofc not if you never solved a cube in your life)
that said... I really don't understand how the hand keeps the cube "floating" around. In one handed the technique is pretty much to keep the cube fixed holding front/back centers with thumb and index. Something like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUF3aPDTO-4
I understand the achievement, but wow, this solve is HORRIBLE. What did they train the network with to get this?!
...Who on earth thought it would be a good idea not to have legs?!
retropie with my rpi3
~2012 mini-itx AMD C60 does 60Mb/sec, at the time was ~60€
I mean, before we knew that radio waves exists we could not forsee the use of radio for communicating
so, I'd say that better ways of communicating relay on something that physics hasn't found yet (like, you know "that weird supersimmetry decay thing that only su-top quarks do when reacting with Stuff")
