seems to be the needed link
they have made some mistakes with things like the dmca notice on youtube-dl but thankfully restored it and seem to be willing to help fight for it
MicrosoftEdgeBeta-84.0.522.11.pkg Office16_all_autoupdate.pkg
where MicrosoftEdgeBeta-84.0.522.11.pkg extracts to just .app, although there are a couple of embedded .apps, used according to the names for rendering and GPU
Office16_all_autoupdate.pkg seems to be the updater, however it seems that the updater is optional and can be chosen to not install in the installer but appears to default to install.
yet the given example looks like a (badly drawn) 8 to me
haven't had any problems with it but it does feel a bit flimsy (again haven't had any issues just based on the feel of it)
As far as i can tell there is not documentation on how to do this but the 5min look i had at it made it look quite easy.
Do the 2fa services you are looking at using allow multiple keys to be configured per user? if so that would be a much better way to do it than cloning keys. they would still have their backup but there wouldn't be the same security issues that are apparent in the process of cloning the keys. If the computer you used to "clone" the keys had been breached prior to you cloning the keys then someone could theoretically find all your 2FA keys and your 2FA would be useless
Also due to the data structures provided in higher level languages you are often less aware of how long something will take to run which i find is a big part of many CS courses
"So basically just #include <windows.h>"
as the last comment, i think it was an interesting summary
